Charles Lee Fraker


Charles Lee Fraker, age 66, of Grove City, Ohio died March 5, 2020.  He was born on December 18, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio, the son of the late William Price Fraker and Florence Amber Reeves.  On July 29, 1999, he married Penny Anlick Fraker at the Shadesville Church of God.  Together they shared 21 years.  Charles is survived by his daughter, Shellaina L. Miller and son-in-law, Timothy Miller of Arcanum, Ohio; grandchildren, Chelsea McGlothlin, Maleigha McHugh, Kerri Miller;  sisters, Chris Stokes, Candace Fraker , Viva Villinger; and brother, Bobby Fraker.  He is preceded in death by his father, Willliam Fraker; mother, Florence (Reeves) Fraker; sisters, Barbara Ward, Ginny Hashman and Linda Kimes; brothers, Bill Fraker and Michael Fraker.  Charles devoted 40 years of service in his career as mechanical supervisor at The Golf Club of New Albany.  He was a member of Shadesville Church of God in Columbus, Ohio and Darby Creek Church in Marysville, Ohio.  Charles loved Ohio State Football, dancing, and singing Gospel Music.  His favorite artists were Elvis and Lionel Richie.  He was a man of strong Christian Faith and a talented singer.  Charles had a wonderful sense of humor and made everyone laugh.  He lit up every room he entered and will be greatly missed by all.  A Life Celebration will be held on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Shadesville Church of God, 4800 Lockbourne Road, Columbus, Ohio 43207.  A private interment will follow.  Please make memorial contributions to his daughter, Shellaina Miller, in care of Ohio Cremation & Memorial Society, 5464 N.     May God and his family in heaven be joyous and blessed to gain such a spiritual angel. He will always be remembered foe his smile, jokes, laughter and especially his dancing and singing. No one could sing Elvis like Uncle Chuck.
