It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the sudden passing of Christopher Howard Carr. Chris suffered a heart attack on the morning of April 14, 2017 in Columbus. Beloved husband of Laura, cherished father of Bryan, Chris is also survived by his loving parents Rick and Cheryl, and his sister Chanda and brother-in-law Peter. Chris will be deeply missed by his nieces Amelia and Sophia and nephews Matthew and Sammy, extended family members and friends. The family wishes to invite all guests, friends of Bryan’s, neighbors, colleagues and anyone who may have been touched by the Carr family to join them at First Unitarian Universalist Church ( 93 West Weisheimer Road, Columbus, OH 43214) for a memorial celebration on Saturday, April 22, 2017 from 2-3 p.m. A reception will be held after the service, with light hors d’oeuvres. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Bryan Carr Support and Education Trust.
