Renea V. Ganfield

Renea V. Ganfield, 49, of Mansfield passed away on November 4, 2019 at Ohio Health Mansfield following a courageous battle with lung cancer. She was born on April 14, 1970 in Mansfield to Gary Williams and Dorothy Jean Payton-Williams and has been a Mansfield resident her entire life. On March 31, 1990 she married James Ronald Ganfield and they shared 29 years together. Renea loved flowers, gardening and collecting knick knacks. She also loved taking care of her pets. Her proudest achievements were giving birth to two beautiful daughters.

Renea is survived by her mother, Dorothy Williams; husband, James Ganfield; daughters, Megan (Paul) Kelly and Kayla Ganfield; grandchildren, Caleb Kelly and Nora Kelly; brother, Don Williams and sister, Mindy (Avery) Wiggins. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Payton; several aunts and cousins; Peanut (her beloved dog of 15 years) and her in-laws, Roy W & Jeanette I Ganfield.

A special thank you to all family, friends and strangers who have prayed for her and her family during her journey.

A celebration of Renea’s life will be held at a later date.
