Rodger Grantlin Heiser, age 81, of Westerville, OH passed away on December 13, 2017. He was born in Columbus, OH on June 2, 1936 to the late Donald P. and Mary I. “Smith” Heiser. His parents, along with beloved step-father, George Case, preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Granville H.S. and proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He retired from Wendy’s International after many years of service and was active in many fraternal and civil service organizations, including the Masonic Lodge. He loved to travel, preferably by automobile, to National Parks and historic locations. He also enjoyed photography and tinkering with electronics, especially dismantling them to investigate the inner workings, hoping to discover some new ideas or innovative process. He accepted life on life’s terms, keeping a positive outlook and always finding the humor in a situation. His quick witted personality quickly made friends wherever he went. He did not consider anyone a stranger. Of all his achievements, he was most proud of raising two fine sons along with his wife, Faith.

(Karla) Heiser; brothers, William (Bette) Case and George Case; grandchildren, Angelica and Joshua; great-granddaughter Skylar; sister-in-law, Mary Ellen (Robert) Monaghen; along with extended family and a host of friends.
