Ohio Cremation & Memorial Society was founded in 1995. We will always remember why Ohio’s first Cremation Society was created. We believe that the families we serve deserve a simple, stress-free and affordable option for cremation and memorial services. Today we are still committed to the families who tell us, “I just want something simple” or “I want a Celebration of Life service.”

We are fully licensed by the State of Ohio Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors and are ready and honored to make arrangements in your home, via phone, on our website or in our beautiful memorial center in Columbus.

In 2013, Ohio Cremation & Memorial Society recommitted to Central Ohio families with a beautiful remodel of our logo and our Columbus Memorial Center. Our dedicated staff are caring members of your community. We are proud to serve families from the Columbus, Upper Arlington, Whitehall and Lancaster communities.

In 2019, our newest memorial center opened in the Mansfield area across from Mansfield Memorial Park Cemetery in Ontario, Ohio. With a new design featuring a memorial chapel and catering space with countertops and full fridge for hosting a reception, the Mansfield Memorial Center is proud to serve families from the Mansfield, Ashland, Bucyrus, Shelby, Willard, Wynford, Tiffan, Norwalk, and Upper Sandusky commuities.
